At UTopic Care, we value our customers and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return & refund policy below.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item is returned with original packaging
The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a return or refund if:

Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
Items returned after the 30-day return period
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will notify you of the refund approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
